Может ли быть высокая температура, когда режется зубы?

Здравствуйте, сыну почти 8 месяцев, режется зубки один Нижний уже чувствуется, ноет от боли ,но самое страшное что температура 38,8 мажу десна гельем (dologel) от температуры, ибуфени,панадол. Вопрос : может ли температура быть такой высокой от зубчиков? И какой гель лучше успокаивает боль?
